ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Christina Kent Early Childhood Center is a private, non-profit corporation that’s goal is to provide high-quality early childhood education to children from economically diverse families. One of the ways they raise money for their organizations is through their annual Crayons & Canapés fundraiser.
At the fundraisers, people will get to see chefs from Albuquerque’s top restaurants battle it out to see who can make the best canapes. There will also be live music, a silent auction, beer & wine bar, and interactive exhibits.
This year, the fundraiser takes place on Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Christina Kent Early Childhood Center, located at 423 Third Street SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
Tickets for Crayons & Canapes are priced at $50, which includes all food and drink. Sponsorship opportunities are still available, ranging from $500 to $3,000. All funds raised at the event will support Christina Kent’s mission. To learn more, visit www.christinakent.org
