This usually means there will be a drop in property taxes due by property owners. Bernalillo County says changes will be reflected on tax bills sent in November 2024. “The Assessor’s Office staff has been working diligently to make sure that every property is assessed fairly and equitably,” Bernalillo County Assessor Damian Lara said in a release.
