ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Duke City chapter of the Lowrider Bike Program is celebrating its third year.
Officials said this year’s class will focus on trade skills training and building up connections between youth, law enforcement, and the lowrider community.
Additionally, this year, the program has seen an influx of participants since last year. It also includes learning other life skills, such as public speaking, teamwork, financial literacy, resume building, and job searching skills.
