Fire damages Smith’s Grocery Store in Albuquerque 

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A Smith’s Grocery Store in Albuquerque was damaged by a fire Wednesday morning, according to Albuquerque Fire Rescue.

Firefighters responded around 12:17 a.m. to the store at 6001 Lomas Blvd NE for a report of an outside fire. Crews brought the fire under control within 30 minutes. Officials said the south side of the building’s exterior was damaged by the fire.

No people were injured, and fire investigators are working to determine the cause.
