PECOS, N.M. (KRQE) – The village of Pecos is planning a party at the end of this month and everyone in New Mexico is invited. Pecos Adventure Day is happening on September 28.
The kid’s fishing derby will take place at Monastery Lake from 7 a.m. to noon. The river cleanup will start at the Pecos American Legion and will take place from 9:30 a.m. to noon. The Pecros River Art Contest will start at the Pecos American Legion and will take place from noon to 2 p.m.
