Albuquerque man sentenced for robbing a Walgreens with a gun 

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man was sentenced after pleading guilty to aggravated shoplifting. Last year, a security guard told police that Roberto Vigil walked into the Walgreens at Central and Eubank, set a backpack down, and began grabbing items off the shelves. When he was told to pay for the items, Vigil pulled a gun and threatened to shoot him.


Rio Rancho teen accused of murdering Albuquerque man in attempted car theft

Vigil pled guilty to the crime and was sentenced to seven years behind bars.
