ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man has been found guilty of raping a young girl.
Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call in May of 2023, where deputies learned a 10-year-old told her mother that the man had inappropriately touched her.

The man, now identified as Danny Garcia, was found guilty by a jury last week of criminal sexual penetration of a minor. He’s facing up to 18 years behind bars.
Court records do not yet show when he’ll be sentenced.
