ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man is facing up to 20 years in prison for a deadly shooting at a McDonald’s drive-thru. The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office said Deandre Vigil pled guilty to killing Victor Torres at the fast food restaurant on Indian School and 12th Street last year.
A passenger in Torres’ car told police that Vigil was following them and the two got into an argument. Vigil will be sentenced at a later date.
