ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A prominent Nob Hill destination with a number of tenants has a new owner. As reported by The Albuquerque Journal, the Nob Hill Business Center was purchased by Heritage Real Estate Company in an off-market deal that closed in March.

The shopping center is home to businesses including Scalo, La Montañita Food Co-op, New Mexico United Shop and more. Heritage also acquired and renovated the Monte Vista Fire Station, just east of the center, now called The Smokey Note. The business center was the first modern suburban shopping center in the state, according to their website.
