ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police are getting ready to host its Women in Law Enforcement Summit. The event will be April 24-26 at Santa Ana Casino and Hotel.

The goal of the event is to empower, connect and inspire women. The first day of the event is specifically for law enforcement professionals, with the remaining days open to the public. There will be speakers and a team of panelists on site giving people resources, support and a chance to network and connect with each other. Attendees will be able to participate in a raffle, with a chance to win a variety of prices. The final day is family day and NMSP specialty teams will be showcasing their special equipment.
