TAOS, N.M. (KRQE) – Summer is more than two months away but the University of New Mexico Health is reminding people of the importance of checking for skin cancer. On Saturday, UNM Health will be conducting free skin cancer screenings in Taos at two different locations.
The first will be at the Schreiber Family Medicine (630 Paso del Pueblo Sur, Ste 125, Taos) from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The second will be at the Taos Ski Valley, Taos Tent ( 7 Thunderbird Rd., Taos Ski Valley) from 2:30 p.m. until 4 p.m.
