EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Village of Ruidoso is implementing an upgraded level of fire restrictions starting at noon on Monday, March 10, the Village announced on social media.
The Village of Ruidoso is implementing Level II fire restrictions and they will remain in effect until further notice, it said.
These include: no smoking outside; no camp fires; no fireworks; no charcoal (pellets and gas are OK); and no chainsaws or welding without a permit.
All permits for recreational burning devices are void until a return to Level 1, the Village said.
