Man who attacked multiple people in downtown Albuquerque is sentenced 

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man who admitted to attacking multiple people in Albuquerque in 2024 was sentenced to 620 days at MDC by Judge Joseph Montano.

In April 2024, Brian Eisenbeis punched a woman while she was waiting to cross the street in downtown Albuquerque. Eisenbeis later yelled homophobic slurs at two elderly men before attacking them. One of the men suffered a broken leg and jaw in the attack. Eisenbeis previously pleaded guilty to three battery charges, with a hate crime enhancement, and tampering with evidence.
