Gallup High School student accused of bringing gun on campus 

GALLUP, N.M. (KRQE) – Police arrested a Gallup High School student who brought a gun onto campus. Gallup police say several students saw the suspect with the gun and notified school staff and security. The department said the student is being held at the San Juan County Juvenile Detention Center. The student was charged with bringing a gun on campus.

Another student was arrested after detectives saw on surveillance video that he took the gun and threw it in a trash can. He was charged with being an accessory and tampering with evidence.
