SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Santa Fe Police Department is searching for a suspect who was seen shooting a pistol on a residential street Thursday.
Santa Fe Police officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 1100 block of Harrison Road around 7:13 p.m.

A caller told a 911 dispatcher that a male dressed in a black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans was walking down the street armed with a handgun. It was also reported that the suspect fired the gun in the air before leaving the area, police said in a news release.
Multiple Santa Fe Police officers responded and found evidence that a gun had been fired, police said. The suspect was last seen walking toward the intersection of Cerrillos Road and Harrison Road.
