3 teens charged with bringing guns to school in Albuquerque 

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office said in the last week, three teens have been charged with bringing a gun to school. They said a 17-year-old brought a gun to Del Norte High School. He was arrested and has a detention hearing scheduled for Wednesday.

Last Friday, a 16-year-old was accused of bringing a gun to West Mesa High School. He has a detention hearing scheduled for Wednesday.

Last Thursday, a 15-year-old at Valley High School was charged with unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon onto school premises. That teen was released from custody by a Special Master with the Bernalillo County Juvenile Judicial System, which is an attorney hired by the court.
