Suspect in Michigan murder will stay behind bars in Albuquerque 

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man caught in New Mexico in a stolen car belonging to a woman murdered in Michigan will remain behind bars. On Thursday, the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office arrested Randy Buckner near Coors Blvd. and I-40.

They said Buckner was in a car owned by Aleta Lung who was found dead in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Grand Rapids police said Buckner was Lung’s live-in boyfriend and undercover police saw him driving through multiple states including Arizona and New Mexico.

He’s wanted for her murder and is facing extradition to Michigan. In New Mexico, Buckner is facing a charge for being in a stolen motor vehicle.
