ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque Fire Rescue responded to a fire near Central and Wyoming earlier Sunday. They arrived after 8:00 a.m. to find a fire burning on the first floor of an abandoned hotel.
Firefighters say they were able to extinguish the flame within minutes. Officials said there was heavy fire, smoke, and water damage but no residents or firefighters were hurt. The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental.
