NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The time of year highly anticipated by many is coming up soon – Girl Scout Cookie season. For those with a sweet tooth, here is what you need to know about how to get the limited-time cookies this year in New Mexico:
When can I get cookies?
Girl Scout Cookie season officially begins on Friday, Jan. 31, with the “Friends and Family Sale,” but for those who don’t personally know a Girl Scout, booth sales begin the weekend of February 21-23.

The Toast-Yay!® cookie is also listed on New Mexico’s 2025 cookie lineup, but Girl Scouts recently announced that the Girl Scout S’mores® and Toast-Yay!® cookies will be discontinued following the 2025 season.
How much do they cost?
Girl Scout Cookies are running for $5.50 per package in New Mexico, with the exception of the gluten-free Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies, which are $6 per package.
