CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – After two years on the job, Clovis Police Department Roy Rice has announced his retirement. Chief Rice joined the department in 2019 and served as the police chief since February 2022. His last day will be February 28.
Prior to his role as chief, rice served in various law enforcement positions in Texas.
