ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It turns out you can run, but you can’t outrun a horse. On Wednesday, the Albuquerque Police Department’s Horse Mounted Unit said two suspects in the Lowe’s parking lot on 12th street were trespassing and also had drug paraphernalia. They said a suspect identified as Juan Aguilar made a run for it, but was arrested.
Aguilar is facing charges for trespassing and possession. The second suspect was not arrested..
