Texas Camel Corps to visit Coronado Historic Site on Saturday 

BERNALILLO, N.M. (KRQE) – Camels are visiting the Coronado historical site on Saturday, and they’re hoping to hang out with guests who are checking out the ruins. The Texas Camel Corps is ready to meet local camel fans and tell visitors about New Mexico’s brief history of using camels to transport gear during the Gold Rush.

Tickets are $10 for ages 17 and up and free to anyone 16 and younger.
