LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico State University’s Chile Pepper Institute’s annual spring plant sale is returning this week. This year’s event features a variety of chiles, tomatoes, marigolds, zinnias, and petunias. The institute headquarters and gift shop will be open for customers to buy seeds and find other gardening resources.
All proceeds benefit Chile pepper research and education. The sale is on Thursday and Friday at the Fabián García Science Center, starting at 8 a.m.
