Suspects in Las Cruces park shooting plead not guilty to charges 

LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) – All four defendants, arrested in connection with the mass shooting at a Las Cruces park, have pled not guilty to their charges. Police said brothers Tomas and Nathan Rivas, along with Gustavo Dominguez and Josiah Ontiveros, opened fire during an unsanctioned car show at Young Park on March 21. Three people died and 15 more were injured.

All four were arraigned Monday morning. They all pled not guilty to three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of conspiracy. Tomas Rivas is the only adult in the group. The other suspects are being tried as adults.
