In January 2023, Lloyd Edwards called 911 saying his wife Roxie Edwards was bleeding and had been stabbed in the neck. She was transported to a hospital where she later died from her injuries. When police arrived, prosecutors say Lloyd gave them multiple inconsistent stories about the incident.
