SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Santa Fe Police Department identified one of three suspects accused of a stabbing and robbery in Santa Fe on Sunday.
Police obtained an arrest warrant for 26-year-old Angelo Vigil. He is charged with armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, aggravated battery with great bodily harm, and conspiracy to commit aggravated battery with great bodily harm.
Vigil is still at large; if you know where he is, police said to not approach him and instead call 911 or 505-428-3710.
Police found a 39-year-old stabbing victim in the 100 Block of Galisteo Street Sunday. According to SFPD, the victim told officers that he was at a local downtown bar and met three men. After leaving the bar, he said the three men robbed him and stabbed him during a fight.
The Santa Fe Police Department asked the public to help identify the two remaining suspects.
One of the men who police said was armed with a knife at the time of the attack was seen in the surveillance footage wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, tan pants, and red and black shoes.
The other suspect was seen wearing a dark-colored shirt, black baseball cap, green oversized jacket, and dark-colored pants.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and was listed in stable condition.
