Highs climbed back to around average statewide this afternoon with warmer weather everywhere. On Sunday, highs could climb as much as 20° over Saturday with even warmer weather moving in. It will be sunny and breezy across New Mexico too on Sunday. This warming trend will continue into early next week with record and near-record high temperatures possible in parts of the state Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
Another weak cold front will move across New Mexico by the middle of next week, bringing a small drop in temperature statewide. All week-long temperatures will stay above average for the end of February.
