Noche de Ciencias aims to inspire Hispanic youth in STEM education 

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Noche de Ciencias is all about inspiring Hispanic youth to pursue paths in STEAM. The program is sponsored by a variety of academic, government, and industry groups from New Mexico. The goal of Noche de Ciencias is to engage K-12 students and their families about STEAM education and college options through interactive workshops and activities.

This year there will be four Noche de Ciencias events in Albuquerque.

  • Albuquerque Collegiate Charter School Feb. 25 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • South Valley Academy on March 6
  • Jefferson Middle School on April 10
  • Garfield Middle School on May 8
