RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – The man accused of firing hundreds of shots from his Rio Rancho home back in December will remain locked up until his trial. Eric Brusstar pled not guilty to several charges, including aggravated assault on a peace officer after police say he shot more than 700 rounds in a neighborhood near NM 528 and High Resort Blvd. No one was hurt.
