AFR: Structure fire in southwest Albuquerque, one person deceased 

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque Fire Rescue says crews responded to a structure fire in southwest Albuquerque Thursday and one civilian is confirmed deceased.

AFR says crews responded to a fire near Central and Old Coors around 6:30 a.m. and reported smoke and fire coming from a shed behind a residence. Officials say the fire was brought under control within 19 minutes. One civilian was confirmed deceased from their injuries, fire officials said. No firefighters were injured in the incident. AFR says its Arson Division is currently investigating the fire.
