ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Renovations will soo be coming to an Albuquerque apartment complex following a vote from Bernalillo County Commissioners.
Commissioners have approved an ordinance that will give $33 million in project revenue bonds to fund the purchase and rehabilitation of the St. Anthony Plaza Apartments on Indian School. According to the county, plans include upgrading appliances, adding LED lighting, new energy efficient windows and replacing the roof. The 160 unit project will also install new vinyl plank flooring, paint, cabinets and counters.
