An APD officer says he saw Mones doing burnouts in a parking lot near Central and 7th. Police say as they approached Mones, he reversed and rammed into their patrol vehicle before driving off. They say Mones began driving the wrong way on Lead, and eventually crashed into another vehicle. Police say they later found Mones hiding in a bush, where they arrested him. Judge Courtney Weaks granted pretrial detention for Mones.
