ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A bar employee is facing a murder charge after police a fight over a pool table turned deadly.
According to the arrest warrant, Jeremy Saiz and James Silver got into an argument at the Dragonhorn Tavern on Juan Tabo and Candelaria Wednesday night after witnesses said Silver asked Saiz if he could join his game.

Surveillance video captures Silver leaving the bar sometime later. However, police said Saiz followed about a minute later. That’s when police said a gunshot rang out, and Saiz walked back inside the bar with a gun in his hand.
Police reported Saiz later turned himself in.
