SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — Ongoing work on the main line that brings water into the city of Tijuana means 110 neighborhoods will be without service for at least 24 hours, according to the city’s water department.

Earlier this week, a leak was detected near the Otay Mesa Port of Entry.

Repairs began at midnight Friday morning with the water being turned off.
