Albuquerque man sentenced for sharing child pornography in 2017 

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) –An Albuquerque man was sentenced to 60 months in prison for sharing child pornography on a Peer-to-Peer network.

According to court documents, in 2017, William Day, 59, admitted to Albuquerque Police that he downloaded files containing nude images of children. Officers seized several devices and found images and videos depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

When he is released from prison, Day will have to undergo five years of supervised release and must register as a sex offender.
