Lobo basketball lands commitment from 3-star guard 

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The UNM men’s basketball team has its first high school commitment from a player in the class of 2025. Issac Williamson, a three-star combo guard from southern California announced his intentions to join the Lobos in an Instagram post on Tuesday.

As a junior at Roosevelt High School, Williamson averaged 12.2 points, 1.9 assist, 3.2 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game. He has also played for Compton Magic on the Adidas 3Stripes Select Basketball circuit. Williamson stands at 6-1.

According to Williamson’s Instagram, he also had offers from Nevada, Colorado State, Pepperdine, Portland State, Cal Baptist, UC Riverside, UC San Diego and Weber State.
