Charges dropped against Santa Fe restaurant owner 

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – A Santa Fe restaurant owner who was facing charges of aggravated battery and tampering with evidence has had those charges dropped.

According to a criminal complaint, Steven Lemon who owns Pranzo, was accused of shooting 61-year-old Ronald Price with an airsoft-type gun in August. Police say Price was digging through a trashcan near the restaurant when Lemon shot him with pepper balls. Lemon’s charges were dismissed by First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies.
