ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) – The Roswell Police Department (RPD) is investigating a death. It happened on Saturday morning.
RPD stated there was a shooting in the 1500 block of Adams Avenue in south Roswell around 9:30 a.m. A woman was found lying on the ground with people standing in the front yard of a home.
The woman was identified as Chrystina Anita Gonzales, 30, of Roswell, who lived at the home. She had a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
